Itinerary
Arrival
You’ll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged at an extra cost.
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive north to Samburu National Reserve, passing through the scenic Kenyan countryside. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch. After checking in, enjoy an afternoon game drive in this unique reserve, known for its rare species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Samburu
Spend a full day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit the Ewaso Ng’iro River, a lifeline for the park’s wildlife, and spot elephants, lions, leopards, and a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Samburu – Aberdares
After breakfast, depart for Aberdares National Park, driving through the picturesque central highlands of Kenya. Arrive at Aberdares Country Club for lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to The Ark or Treetops Lodge, unique tree lodges where you can watch wildlife at the floodlit waterholes. Enjoy an evening of wildlife viewing from the comfort of your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4: Aberdares – Amboseli
Depart early in the morning for Amboseli National Park, with a packed lunch en route. Drive south, passing through Nairobi and enjoying scenic views along the way. Arrive in Amboseli in the late afternoon. After checking in, take a short game drive to spot elephants, lions, and other wildlife against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 5: Amboseli
Spend the day exploring Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and observe the park’s large elephant herds, along with zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and various bird species. Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi
After an early breakfast, embark on a final game drive in Amboseli as you leave the park. Drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the early afternoon. Enjoy lunch in Nairobi before being dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
